Tom Luscombe was born in the Adelaide Hills in South Australia. He has lived in London, Port Moresby and Berlin. Completing his secondary education in Sydney, he attained a Bachelor of Design from The University of Technology Sydney, writing his thesis on fashion photography.
Tom worked as a fashion and venue photographer for a Sydney newspaper while finishing his degree. Now he is a freelance photographer, concentrating on product, fashion and portrait work, as well as being a technician at The Australian Centre For Photography.
Tom had his first group exhibition in August 2007, and is currently planning a solo show for 2010.
